“ Wow, this is good eating! Dropped by while traveling, met with owner himself. They were out of pork belly, so we had brisket & pork ribs. Man, the brisket is soft & moist, thick slices on bread! Forget about it! I was hooked, my wife had the pork ribs. The meat falls of the bone, seasoned perfectly! No sauce needed! The atmosphere is great & welcoming. They are proud of their craft and want to show you! Highly recommend, go early because they do sell out! ”

The portion size was enough for lunch and dinner. The ribs were delicious, they fell off the bone. The BBQ sauce was great too. If you love BBQ jalapeños wrapped in bacon with BBQ sauce. I suggest try the “Texas Twinkies”. I’m happy to say that everything that I ordered was delicious. If you have to travel to Eagle Pass TX, or just passing through. I highly recommend Choche’s BBQ for the best barbecue in town. ”
